UMOTSAS is rapidly becoming a system where any student of the Universal Arts and Sciences can apply the capabilities that they already possess to an outfit which will maximise potential and put into practice intangible skills, which become fine tuned, streamlined and efficient, with a hope to manifesting themselves as physical assets of each student's KADSR.
Use this program and language to enhance the existing attributes that you already possess.
